Came out on a Saturday, on time. Gave me several options. They installed two springs for my double door. I had the option of one,also put a brace on my door, where it had been dented.I would use them again!
Ok, fellow members of the CSRA, have I got a BEST KEPT SECRET for you!!! If you need a replacement or repair for your garage door, opener, etc. trust me when I say, RUN don’t walk to Don at Garage Door Services of the CSRA. He was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable, fast to come out and to complete the job, and the prices, you won’t believe them! (No inflation in their rates!) I had an estimate with another local company for repair or replacement of my parts and motor (nothing was needed for my garage door itself) and they quoted over $1,500 for repair and over $2,500 for a new motor. Don told me exactly what I needed and why- he did a tune up and added a strut, and the total was about 1/5th of the repair estimate for the other company…so, $325 vs. $1,500!!! Don won’t let you waste money on anything you don’t need. Thank you, Don and Garage Door Services of the CSRA, for your honest, fair, and affordable business practices- you’ve got a customer for life!
Had a tricky door to work on, but Don worked overtime to make sure everything was as it should be.
Same day service, broken springs replaced and all moving parts lubricated. I'm very happy overall and they were cheaper than other quotes.

Our door needed immediate replacement after major damage by vehicle backup into the door. After getting three estimates, we choose Don as he was the most thorough at explaining options at fair competitive prices, taking the time to answer our questions without trying to push us into a particular purchase. Don was also the installer along with a coworker. In a couple of hours we had a completely new system. It is so much quieter and looks great! If I ever need garage door service again, I'll call Don.
With the garage door breaking down. Situation that I occurred over the last 4 days. I called garage door services of the CSR AA gentleman by the name of dawn who came out and did an absolutely wonderful job. So very kind friendly and very professional. I cannot recommend him enough. He is thorough. He does a great job and the fact that he is just a downright. Good person made it a wonderful experience. I will recommend him and garage door of the CS. RA anytime that I can and recommend him as the person. He's a great person and doesn't outstanding job. You won't be disappointed.

Don is truly awesome! He arrived exactly on time. Did the repair very quickly while also taking the time to answer all my questions (I am an engineer and I always ask way more questions than most people just so I can throughly understand the process.) He recognized the work of the company that had previously did an inferior repair. He gave a standard 4 year warranty on the standard springs. (I wish I had opted for the higher grade springs.)

Don is an absolute professional. We called this morning regarding our garage door's broken tension spring. He arrived at the time he said and was efficient with the repair. We feel he is reasonably priced. It was so appreciated that he answered his phone, arrived when he said and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. The accompanying tech was just as professional and courteous.

Mr. Don is amazing! Not only was he on time but he came out and fixed the problem with ease. His price was reasonable and not over priced. I called a different garage company before calling him and they wanted to charge $95 just to come out and take a look and then a separate fee to fix whatever the issue was. Mr. Don knew what to do when I described it over the phone and gave a price that was wayyyyyy more reasonable than the other company. Thank you so much Mr. Don. Called them in the morning and they were working on my garage door the same day! They were very quick and efficient. Answered all my questions and were honest with me about work that needed to be done then, and what could hold off till a future date. Pointed out some things for me to keep an eye out for. Excellent service! Honest and well experienced technician. My garage door spring broke & I called at 9am, The owner/ technician arrived within 20 minutes and finished the job in less than an hour. He gave me two quotes for the repair, the builder great Springs or a better quality double springs that would be longer lasting and I got the better quality springs installed on my garage door which still cast me less than what those big companies charge. Go local, it’s always a better choice.

As a cult of Hurricane Helene, our garage door opener stopped working. We first contacted the company which originally installed the unit when our home was built, about 9 years ago. We eventually lost confidence in the original installer's ability to help us. So, we contacted Garage Door Services of CSRA LLC, to whom we were referred by a neighbor who highly recommended them. Don quickly diagnosed the issue, and had the opener working in just a few minutes! He also thoroughly examined our door and mechanism, and advised us as to what we should anticipate over the coming years. We can't rate or recommend Don and his company more highly.
Called on Thursday, they were able to schedule for the next day. Don arrived on time and was very professional. He talked us through all the options and was able to do the replacement right away for a fair price. We are pleased with his work and will certainly recommend GDS of CSRA in the future.

Love this door. The only garage door company in this area that offers an uninsulated black, flat/shaker style long panel. Had issues with my garage door last night 2-9-25 where the rollers came off track and cables got tangled up causing door not to open or close. Immediately started searching for garage repair service on google and came across Don from Garage door Services of CSRA gave him a call this morning spoke to Don and immediately told me he would be available in afternoon. Before coming out Don gave me a call letting me know he was on his way and also texted me photo ID identifying himself 👍. Upon arriving Don looked at door and explained to me in detail condition of door and told me it is repairable. I liked the fact he was honest and didnt try and sell me a new door. Great experience, we had called a garage company we used previously only to get the run around and when I called this company they answered and were able to get us in quickly. I did appreciate the text message we received when they were on route to us, it showed me a photo of who was coming. In today’s world that extra safety is hard to find. They also called to let us know they were on the way. Once he arrived he addressed the issue and instead of talking us into a brand new door and tons of expensive stuff he was super helpful and did the repair that was needed to continue to use my door for more years. A lot of companies these days just want to over charge for everything. Really appreciated that his prices are reasonable and the work was done within the hour. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an honest garage repair technician!

Service was great. They were able to come out the very next day. They completed the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. There was a $129 service fee to come out. This service fee was applied towards the final cost of the service. Would definitely use them again.
