Don was courteous on our phone conversation, then arrived promptly the next morning. He explained why my garage door was jamming halfway up and jumping off the track. My door needed a support brace across the top, a new heavier duty spring mechanism, and the garage door opener race raised higher on the door. I opted for the higher priced spring which will last three times as long as the alternative. Don and Clayton did an excellent job installing the new hardware, and I chose to update my second garage door to the same level of materials. I'm very happy and confident that my garage doors will operate smoothly and stay aligned for years to come. And
